This building has been a part of the downtown square for years. Taking on many tenants throughout its years post-closing to eventually become a large law office and eventually vacant and in need of redevelopment. KNG repositioned the 18k+ sq ft building to offer high-end executive office suites now leasing space to Wealth Management Advisors, Law Offices, Therapists, and a vast array of other business entrepreneurs.
